The Dutch PHP Conference just opened its call for papers for 2027. If you've solved a tricky PHP problem or learned something other developers could use, you have until December 18 to turn it into a talk.

The 2027 edition runs March 16 to 19 in Amsterdam, and the organizers expect around 1,000 attendees.

What They're Looking For

The conference wants technical talks on PHP, frameworks, architecture, DevOps, scaling, testing, performance, and security. It's also asking for non-technical sessions on the skills that help developers and teams succeed, like communication, self-management, and the business side of development.

Some details from the CFP page:

  • The CFP closes on December 18.
  • There are 30 to 40 speaking slots.
  • All talks are in English.
  • You can submit up to three ideas, and the organizers encourage more than one, since it gives them more to choose from.
  • Leave hints about your identity out of your abstracts, which helps them judge each idea on its own.

How to Submit

Submissions go through Sessionize. Check out the Call for Presentations page for the full guidelines, and good luck with your submission!
