Prepared Literal String Matching and Replacement

This RFC proposes adding prepared literal substring matching and replacement to PHP, based on the Aho–Corasick algorithm: Str\Matcher, Str\Replacer, and Str\MatchResult. The new API complements the standard string functions and PCRE, providing an alternative for workloads where preparing a dictionary can make text processing more efficient.
